Located in a low-rise complex with only seventeen apartments in total you are guaranteed as much privacy and seclusion as you could ever possibly want in this apartment style accommodation.

One Bedroom Apartments
Each holiday apartment features a king size bed and has the capacity to comfortably accommodate two people. Each holiday apartment at Latitude 16 Mowbray by the Sea features two bathrooms (with a luxurious spa in the ensuite of the main bathroom), a large covered balcony with views of tropical trees and parkland. The balconies come complete with a delightful sun lounge to while away the tropical days and comfortable dining facilities, perfect for alfresco tropical breakfasts and dinners! Each self contained holiday unit is fully air conditioned throughout and fitted with ceiling fans, feature a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, full size oven, hot plate, refrigerator and crockery/cutlery) a private laundry, modem, cable television and video, direct ISD telephone and a HiFi stereo system.
