Villa 8 Latitude 16 Port Douglas


A big roomy three bedroom multi level villa for all the family to enjoy. As you enter the front door the staircase leads you to the informal lounge that offers solid Asian style furniture along with two lounge chairs and leads you to a large outdoor balcony that has an eight seater dining setting for casual hot summer nights in the tropics of Port Douglas.
The island style kitchen has a six burner gas cook top, a double ice maker refrigerator, a built in beverage fridge in the pantry, a breakfast bar and for the piece de resistance a strategically placed entertainment deck up a few stairs with its own barbeque, petite plunge pool and sun beds.

Villa 8 Port Douglas is absolutely the entertainers dream holiday home!

Down from this level is the guest powder room and a towel cupboard for easy access.

As you ascend the seven floating stairs to the next level you come to the first of three double bedrooms with an ensuite shower and toilet and louvered windows to bring in extra light and fresh air.
The next double or twin zip bedroom also has its own ensuite shower and toilet. Nice and spacious with high ceilings and air conditioning.

The master bedroom is located on another level upstairs to its own sanctuary and also offers a private balcony with bi-fold doors a huge ensuite with double bowl and shower and walk in wardrobe that has plenty of space for everyone.
Here you can hide away from all the noise and carry on’s from downstairs in your eagles nest position and get a good nights rest

These luxury holiday villas are located just a few meters from all of the Port Douglas Macrossan Street shops, restaurants, bars and cafes so you will certainly not need a car for your holiday accommodation in this position.
In the Villa complex garden is a tranquil lap training pool surrounded for privacy by lush green rainforest. There are sun beds here for you to also lap up some free sunshine when you get the chance.

Entry into the Latitude 16 Villas is by an electronic security gate on Grant Street. You will be given an access code number to key into the pad that operates on a twenty four hour basis for you security and privacy.

In a secluded complex of 12 villas down a long driveway you will find the cutest selection of Port Douglas holiday villas.

As you come to the entry of Villa 10 you are greeted by a semi formal pebble entry and as you walk in the front door you are immediately aware of the nice high cathedral ceilings that give that feeling of openness and space. The entry, lounge, dining and kitchen area has travertine floors which are cool to the touch which is just perfect for the tropical climate of Port Douglas.
This area is furnished with casual bamboo furniture and the lounge is air-conditioned.
Bi – fold doors lead you to the outdoor dining area that also offers a petite plunge pool and outdoor shower. This zone in Villa 10 is just the perfect place for casual entertaining and for the more formal occasions there is also an eight seater dining setting located handy to the kitchen. The galley style kitchen with a double fridge and breakfast bar offers all the modern conveniences you could desire to ensure your Port Douglas holiday accommodation has everything that you were looking for.

Just to the right of the kitchen there is a little room that is used as an office for you to keep up with the goings on back at work and a day bed is here along with a walk in shower and a toilet also to sleep that extra guest.
The single automatic lock up garage hides the laundry facilities behind sliding doors and also has a wash basin for hand laundering the smaller items.
Villa 10 Has two bedrooms the master at the top of the stairs has a walk in wardrobe ensuite with double basin and a double shower for water saving purposes. The master bedroom also has its own private balcony overlooking the rainforest garden that features beautiful lipstick palms.

On the next mezzanine level is the second twin bedroom that has a big bathroom with shower and a double basin.
The air conditioned bedroom also has its own balcony and bi fold shutters to take in the beautiful landscaped rainforest outside.
All the entertainment facilities such as DVD/CD players and television are on offer in the lounge room.
