Property Description

Cayman Villa 27 has fully tiled floors for easy care and casual cane furniture perfect for lounging around in front of the television. The kitchen is a u shape and has a casual breakfast bar or you could choose to sit at the six seater dining room table for a bit more formality. The kitchen is very basic but perfect for your holiday needs and has a single refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cook top, double sink and plenty of bench space to cook up a treat.

The lounge and dining are combined and there is also an outdoor balcony with a setting for four to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine an over head fan and shutters should the weather change.

The three bedrooms are quite spacious and the master bedroom has an ensuite with a separate shower and separate bath, single basin and the king size bed can be split into two twin beds if desired.
A television is mounted on the wall to watch movies in the comfort of your bed and ceiling fans above to keep you cool and timber shutters to keep out the light. There is also a nice size walk in robe for the master bedroom.

The other two bedrooms have double beds that again be changed into twin beds should your family or group desire these number of beds and these two rooms share the one bathroom which has a shower over the bath, a single basin and a separate toilet.

Holiday facilities in the Cayman Villa complex feature underground security parking for the 27 units with an after hours security code access to the holiday apartments, a huge swimming pool and recreation area with a barbeque.
