On your arrival of this grey concrete rendered holiday home you immediately think you are arriving at just another holiday home until you cross over the stone paved entry which is lined with mature lipstick palms and open the impressive custom designed double timber doors to the outdoor vista that immediately takes your breath away and gets you excited.

The view from inside this Port Douglas holiday home makes you feel connected to the outside because of the floor to ceiling glass bi-fold doors. Looking from the entrance to the outdoors your private garden is lined by rainforest trees which provide the ultimate privacy for you and your family. You even have your own little trail to follow to the beach and you can take your sun lounges down to your own private patch of beachfront paradise.

Your private garden has a lap training swimming pool with sun loungers and a four seater lounge and large umbrella to ensure you can sit in the shade and just enjoy the ambience and naturalness of your beachfront rainforest surroundings.
There is an outdoor shower and of course an outdoor kitchen or as others like to call it a barbeque along with relaxation chairs and tables scattered underneath the new outdoor patio extension.

The impressive view from the holiday homes front door does not stop there. Upon entry to the left is a guest shower, toilet, laundry combined and to your left again is the open plan island bench style kitchen with ceramic cook top in cool clean colours with a single refrigerator and dishwasher. The openness of the kitchen ensures the chef of the day is still involved in all the holiday activities going on around the house.

To the right is the staircase leading to the upper level and just beyond this is the master bedroom with a king size bed and an absolutely huge bathroom with a walk in shower, single basin and big floor to ceiling glass. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. The ambience at night would be even more spectacular with mood lighting.

The entry level of this holiday house offers an informal lounge just off the left of the kitchen with a plasma television and a built in bench style office for those moments when you really have to keep in touch with the business back home. Big comfortable suede and cane chairs invite you to sit down and relax. This informal lounge leads out to the new entertaining patio thru the glass floor to ceiling bi fold doors.

For the more formal occasions you have an indoor eight seater dining setting along with a formal lounge area to sit and talk into the wee hours of the morning. These lounges are so comfortable you may even be guilty of sleeping on them at times whilst watching a late night movie.

As you ascend the 14 stairs to the top level of this house you enter another lounge room or games rooms zone with three bedrooms and one huge central bathroom surrounding this sanctuary space.

The first bedroom has a double bed and two singles, built in wardrobe and fully air conditioned, the second bedroom overlooking the tropical garden has a king sized bed and built in wardrobe and the third bedroom has a double bed with views across the swimming pool and garden. All bedrooms have timber floors and share the two way bathroom on the upper level of this Port Douglas holiday home.

TALI TIGA is situated near the beachfront of Four Mile Beach and is a stylish private house which opens up to a stunning pool and tropical garden. This deluxe beach house with easy access to the beach, has an interior that is spacious.
