Silky Oaks Lodge provides two luxurious styles of accommodation: the Riverhouse or the Treehouse.
The Riverhouse is ideal for guests who are seeking the tranquillity of cascading crystal clear water flowing right by their room. The Riverhouse provides spectacular views of the Daintree Rainforest, and if you watch closely from your large private verandah you may spot some of the unique wildlife typical to the area such as Musky Rat Kangaroos, Bandicoots, Sugar Gliders or the beautiful bright blue and black Ulysses Butterfly.
The Riverhouse is spacious, elegantly appointed Rainforest accommodation that has been designed to seamlessly integrate and harmonize with the natural environment. These rooms feature polished timber floors throughout, stylish interiors, an oversized spa bath and uninterrupted rainforest views. The Daintree Rainforest boasts over four hundred and thirty species of birds (with thirteen of them found nowhere else in the world). See how many varieties you can spot from your delightful Treehouse verandah.
