This year the Taste Port Douglas Festival is sure to delight foodies from everywhere - featuring a list of top-notch local and interstate chefs along with industry leaders and legends in the food world.
This year you can expect to see first time Festival chefs Alla Wolf-Tasker (The Lake House, Vic), Guy Grossi (Florentino & Ombra, Melb), Jock Zonfrillo (Orana, Street & Blackwood Restaurant, SA), Darren Roberston (Three Blue Ducks, NSW), along with long term supporters Colin Fassnidge (4Fourteen, Syd), Adrian Richardson (La Luna Bistro, Good Chef Bad Chef, Melb), Ian Curley (The European), Ben O'Donoghue (Billykart Kitchen, Qld) and Ben Williamson (Gerards Bistro, Gerards Bar, Qld).
Our home grown local chefs include Spencer Patrick (Harrisons, Port Douglas), Nick Holloway (Nu Nu, Palm Cove) and Mel Day (Pullman International, Cairns).

The VIP Opening Gala will feature a menu of ingredients by the indigenous inhabitants of Far North Queensland, the Kuku Yalanji people. Ingredients traditionally hunted and gathered in the local region - including Mud Crab.

The Main Event - Taste Port Douglas Festival
