Mr Dobbs say's "Our Friday night Carnivale street parade is a signature event and one of the best in Queensland. We want to take it to a much higher level and make it THE best street parade in all of Queensland so this year we've adopted the theme of 'Heavenly Bodies' which encompasses the moon, the stars, signs of the Zodiac, and the Eclipse when heavenly bodies move around the sun," he said.
