Starting a Port Douglas 4 Mile Beach (4.5km) out to the valleys behind with a combined terrain of cement, bitumen and trail before reaching the ‘infamous Bump Track’ (6.5km) with an initial incline of 350m over 2km.

Then the decent starts down the Bump Track back and the final 'hero finish' along 4 Mile beach.

This is a challenging event and should not be undertaken by inexperienced runners. All registrants MUST be capable of running 42.2km in under 5 hours. CUT OFF for this event is 1:00pm at the 62km mark - or bottom of the Bump Track.
