Solar Eclipse Marathon 2012
Port Douglas Queensland Australia is the place to be on November 14th, 2012 for the Total Solar Eclipse Marathon. An excellent way to celebrate this incredible force of nature that only occurs 6 times every 30 years. Australia's own Steve Moneghetti could not resist the idea of 2000 runners commencing a marathon as the first rays of sun come out from behind the moon and begin the heavily anticipated 2012 Solar Eclipse!
